Blood Elves

Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence Size: Medium Speed: 6 squares Vision: Normal

Languages: Common, Thalassian Skill Bonuses: +2 Arcana, +2 History Blood Elf Education: You gain training in one additional skill selected from the skill list in Chapter 5. Blood Elf Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with the longsword. Blood Elf Will: You gain a +1 racial bonus to your Will defense. In addition, you gain a +5 racial bonus to saving throws against charm effects. Dilettante: At 1st level, you choose an at-will power from a class different from yours. You can use that power as an encounter power. If it is of the Arcane power source you can choose to replace the primary attack and damage attributes with an attribute of your choice

Blood Elf Herioc Tier Racial Feats:

Blood Elf Soldier [Blood Elf] Prerequisite: Blood Elf Benefit: You gain proficiency with all spears and a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with longswords and all spears.

Dwarf

RACIAL TRAITS Average Height: 4’6˝–5’6˝ Average Weight: 160–220 lb.

Ability Scores: +2 Constitution, +2 Wisdom Size: Medium Speed: 5 squares Vision: Low-light

Languages: Common, Dwarven Skill Bonuses: +2 Dungeoneering, +2 Endurance Cast-Iron Stomach: +5 racial bonus to saving throws against poison. Dwarven Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with the throwing hammer and the warhammer. Encumbered Speed: You move at your normal speed even when it would normally be reduced by armor or a heavy load. Other effects that limit speed (such as difficult terrain or magical effects) affect you normally. Stoneform: You can use Stoneform as an encounter power.

Stoneform Dwarf Racial Power Stone does not bleed, tremble, sicken, or quaver. Encounter Minor Action Personal Effect: You gain resist 5 All until the end of your next turn, and can make an immediate saving throw against any ongoing damage that a save can end.

Dwarven Heroic Tier Racial Feats:

Dodge Giants [Dwarf] Prerequisite: Dwarf Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus to AC and Reflex defense against the attacks of Large or larger foes.

Dwarven Weapon Training [Dwarf] Prerequisite: Dwarf Benefit: You gain proficiency and a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with axes and hammers. Guns instead of axes?

Dwarven Paragon Tier Racial Feats:

Dwarven Durability [Dwarf] Prerequisite: Dwarf Benefit: Increase your number of healing surges by two and your healing surge value by your Constitution modifier.

Forsaken

RACIAL TRAITS Average Height: 5´6˝–6´2˝ Average Weight: 140–230 lb.

Ability Scores: +2 Constitution, +2 Intelligence Size: Medium Speed: 6 squares Vision: Low-light

Languages: Common, choice of one other Skill Bonuses: +2 Bluff, +2 Stealth Necrotic Resistance: You have resist necrotic 5 + one-half your level. Immunity: Diseases Undead: You are Undead and are considered undead for the purposes of effects that relate to creature type. You also don’t need to eat, sleep or breath. Cannibalize: You can use cannibalize as a daily power. Fearsome Visage: You can use fearsome visage as an encounter power.

Cannibalize Forsaken Racial Power Mmmm…brains. Daily ✦ Healing Standard action Personal Effect: With an available corpse you can devour some of its flesh to regain 1 healing surge. Special: You regain the use of this power when you pass a milestone.

Fearsome Visage Forsaken Racial Power Flesh and bone, maggot and rot, from deaths embrace your will be nought. Encounter ✦ Psychic Minor Action Close burst 1 Targets: One creature in burst Attack: Intelligence + 2 vs. Will, Wisdom + 2 vs. Will, or Charisma + 2 vs. Will. Hit: Target is pushed 2 squares. If the Target moves closer to you on its next turn it takes 1d8 + Charisma modifier psychic damage. Increase to +4 bonus and 2d8 + Charisma modifier damage at 11th level, and to +6 bonus and 3d8 + Charisma modifier damage at 21st level. Special: When you create your character, choose Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma as the ability score you use when making attack rolls with this power.

Gnome

Languages: Common, Gnomish Skill Bonuses: +2 Dungeoneering, +2 Thievery Escape Velocity: +2 to checks and saves against being grabbed and effects that cause the immobilized and restrained conditions. Arcane Medium: +1 damage with Powers from the Arcane source.

Goblin

Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence Size: Small Speed: 6 squares Vision: Normal

Languages: Goblin, choice of 3 others. Skill Bonuses: +2 Streetwise, +2 Thievery Goblin Weapon Proficiency: You are proficient with ?guns? Hazardous Materials: +2 to save against effects that cause ongoing damage. Duck and Cover: +1 Reflex Defence. I’ve got that!: You can spend your level times 10 in gold pieces when appropriate and then once per encounter turn that money into an item or items of equal or lesser value. Underfoot: You can use underfoot as an encounter power.

Underfoot Goblin Racial Power Your small stature lets you pass more easily. Foolish big people. Encounter ✦ Move Action Targets: Personal Effect: You shift 2 squares and can pass through enemy spaces.

Human

Languages: Common, choice of one other Bonus At-Will Power: You know one extra at-will power from your class. Bonus Feat: You gain a bonus feat at 1st level. You must meet the feat’s prerequisites. Bonus Skill: You gain training in one additional skill from your class skill list. Human Defence Bonuses: +1 to Fortitude, Reflex, and Will defences.

Human Heroic Tier Racial Feats:

Action Surge [Human] Prerequisite: Human Benefit: You gain a +3 bonus to attack rolls you make during any action you gained by spending an action point.

Human Perseverance [Human] Prerequisite: Human Benefit: You gain a +1 feat bonus to saving throws.

Human Paragon Tier Racial Feats:

Action Recovery [Human] Prerequisite: Human Benefit: When you spend an action point to gain an extra standard action, you can immediately roll a saving throw against each condition affecting you that a save can end.

Night Elf

Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Wisdom Size: Medium Speed: 6 squares Vision: Low-light

Languages: Common, Darnassian Skill Bonuses: +2 Nature, +2 Stealth Elven Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with the longbow and the shortbow. Wild Step: You ignore difficult terrain when you shift (even if you have a power that allows you to shift multiple squares). Elven Accuracy: You can use elven accuracy as an encounter power. Shadowmeld: You can make stealth rolls to become hidden while you have any level of cover or concealment, as opposed to total cover or total concealment. Cheezeball still?

Elf Heroic Tier Racial Feats:

Elven Precision [Elf] Prerequisites: Elf, elven accuracy racial power Benefit: When you use the elven accuracy power, you gain a +2 bonus to the new attack roll.

Elf Paragon Tier Racial Feats:

Running Shot [Elf] Prerequisite: Elf Benefit: You don’t take any attack penalty to ranged attacks after you use the run action.

Orcs

Languages: Orcish, choice of one other. Bonus At-Will Power: You know one extra at-will power from your class. Bonus Feat: You gain a bonus feat at 1st level. You must meet the feat’s prerequisites. Hardiness: You gain a +5 bonus to saving throws against the dazed condition. Orcish Weapon proficiency: You gain proficiency with the hand-axe and battleaxe. Warrior’s Surge: You can use warrior’s surge as an encounter power.

Warrior’s Surge Orc Racial Power Calling upon your fury you are invigorated by battle Encounter ✦ Healing, Weapon, Implement Standard Action Melee or Ranged Targets: One creature Attack: Melee or Ranged Basic Hit: Do usual damage and effect, and you can spend a healing surge. Special: Can be used as a basic attack.

Orcish Heroic Tier Racial Feats:

Orcish Weapon Training [Orc] Prerequisite: Orc Benefit: You gain proficiency and a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with axes and heavy-blades.

Tauren

RACIAL TRAITS Average Height: 6´10˝–9´ Average Weight: 265–665 lb.

Ability Scores: +2 Strength, +2 Wisdom Size: Medium Speed: 6 squares Vision: Normal

Languages: Orcish, Taurahe Skill Bonuses: +2 Nature, +2 Intimidate Tauren Durability: Increase your number of healing surges by two. Tauren Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with Totems. War Stomp: You can use war stomp as an encounter power.

War Stomp Tauren Racial Power When the tauren put their foot down, people pay attention. Encounter ✦ Thunder Minor Action Close burst 1 Targets: All creatures in area Attack: Strength + 2 vs. Reflex, Constitution + 2 vs. Reflex, or Dexterity + 2 vs. Reflex Hit: 1d6 + Constitution modifier damage. Increase to +4 bonus and 2d6 + Constitution modifier damage at 11th level, and to +6 bonus and 3d6 + Constitution modifier damage at 21st level. Special: When you create your character, choose Strength, Constitution, or Dexterity as the ability score you use when making attack rolls with this power.

Tauren Heroic Tier Racial Feats:

Empowered War Stomp [Tauren] Prerequisites: Tauren, war stomp racial power Benefit: In addition to the damage it deals, your war stomp now dazes targets until the end of your next turn.

Troll

RACIAL TRAITS Average Height: 5´5˝–6´1˝ Average Weight: 130–180 lb.

Ability Scores: +2 Dexterity, +2 Constitution Size: Medium Speed: 6 squares Vision: Normal

Languages: Orcish, Zandali Skill Bonuses: +2 Arcana, +2 History Fast Healing: You add your constitution modifier to your healing surge value. Troll Weapon Proficiency: You gain proficiency with weapons possessing the light or heavy thrown keywords. Frenzy: You can spend more than one action point per encounter, but no more than one per turn.

Trolls still need a bit more oomph.
